Kolapore wilderness trails

I skied Kolapore for the first time feb 23. It was outstanding.  I was stunned at the quality of the trails and it reminded me of cross country skiing in Quebec when I was a kid.  I will be donating to the association and thank all of those involved in making Kolapore available to the public.  Also, this website is very good.  Thanks.

    Because I am recovering from my second knee replacement I not skiing this season. However, the recent enthusiastic reports raise my spirits, enthusiasm, and memories of past excursions. Nothing is certain but I hope I will be with you all next season

    Thanks for the compliments. I'm delighted that the trails remind you of skiing in Quebec. The trails were inspired by a cross country ski trip to the Laurentians in 1973. One keen skier asked the question - could we do something similar at Kolapore? This led to the development of the Kolapore trails.
