A few more cm of powder snow drifted down today, and the snow gauge (unconsolidated snow depth) is up to 36 cm. Ski conditions on the east part of the trail system were good to excellent. On Tuesday a skier reported that he had broken through the ice into water while skiing through the cedar swamp on Quiet Pastures, and he almost broke through in other locations in the same area.
